They are nearly impossible to reach by phone. I've waited over an hour in the past, during what should've been a non-busy time, and no one answered.nnThis got better for a few months, but now back to no one answering.

This pharmacy has difficulty doing basic tasks. Every prescription seems uphill and unnecessarily difficult. Staffing? Training? Whatever the root cause, they need to figure out why the lines are always long, why refill requests get “hung up,” and why it takes an hour of being on hold to talk to someone. Frustrating place!

Fast service and friendly staff members. Whenever I call to refill my prescriptions they’re fast to answer the phone. Lines always move fast in store and the pharmacists are informative

I recently went to pick up my order this past Wednesday at the CVS in the quarry, and the tech told me they hadn't received the prescription, and to call my provider. I called and the receptionist told me that CVS should have the order and that she would stay on the phone with me while I talked with the pharmacy tech. I waited in line and no one was willing to come to the front to speak with me about my prescription. The tech finally came up to the front and asked me to step aside so that she could help the next customer. I was appalled. Finally the endodontist receptionist stated she would call CVS herself. I took my daughter who is 7 with a miserable tooth abscess back to the car to wait for her antibiotic. I finally called the endodontist back after waiting for an additional 45 minutes to find out that she was placed on hold with CVS for over 20 minutes, and could not wait any longer. I decided to send my order over to Walgreens as my daughter was in alot of pain and needed her meds sooner rather than later.

This pharmacy can be very slow and the techs sometimes don’t notice you are waiting for long periods of time when nobody is at the front desk. However, the male pharmacist (I don’t remember his name) is always very apologetic and you can tell he is trying to tighten up the ship. This goes a long way with me that he is willing to come and help his customers when the techs aren’t always on top of it.
