I’m so furious with the lack of customer service. When I called to simply verify my prescription I was on hold for 90 minutes! When they answered there was no apology or acknowledgement. Then, they told me they would call when my prescription was ready. They never called. I called in again and was on hold for another 30 minutes, again, no apology. My prescription had apparently been ready for several days, they had no intention of calling. Then, they gave the wrong address of the pharmacy where my prescription was ready to be picked up. I drove 40minutes just to find out there was no prescription waiting for me. If I could rate 0 stars, I would

From my experience that company can't read correctly an address. I doubt that they are able to follow a formulation to prepare a right medicines.

Used to be amazing! Now they're impossible to contact. It took us a full week to get a single prescription and that was us physically going to pick it up. I can't imagine how long it would have been if we had had it mailed.

I have had good service with Meds in Motion until now. Wait times on phone calls are now 30 minutes or more. "They have a new computer system" and did not send me my refills on time, I had to go in and get them at the last minute. Then they charged me $40 more in person than I had been paying for the mail service. Their service has deteriorated rapidly. One star rating is being generous. I will be moving my meds to another pharmacy.

I agree Meds In Motion use to be friendly and had good service. However, since their update on 9/22/2020. I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes, trying every day for a week. When I FINALLY got someone, they informed me my prescription had expired and they would contact my Doctor AND THEN CALL ME BACK. I never got a call back and continued again for a week trying to talk to someone holding for 20 to 30 minutes. Finally today reached someone, she took my information and then put me back on hold for another 15 minutes while she checked my insurance, after I had already been on hold for 9 minutes. Guess it is time to check on another pharmacy.
