Every time I call to renew my daughters prescription I get a different story from the techs who answer the phone. She has a prescription for a controlled substance. Sometimes they say call 2 days ahead of time to make sure they have it. Sometimes I’m told I can’t call it in until the day it is to be renewed. Today they said I had to wait 1 day. When I questioned the tech about the discrepancies, she hung up on me. I like Costco. It’s convenient. But it’s irritating that the techs don’t all have the same information. And to be hung up on is rude.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy at Costco in Sandy. I transferred my prescriptions over for my little 10 year old daughter to Costco to get a cheaper price. I went back FOUR times until they FINALLY had them ready (7 days later). Each day that I went back, the same Tech would give me different answers and the run around. Not once did they notify me that her medications were ready. When I went back the last time, they rang me up wrong twice and took another 30 mins to check me out. The Tech not once, apologized for her mishaps or the inconvenience. Instead she treated me inferiorly and like I was the problem. She was a very unfriendly and unsociable person and made my experience awful. After all of that, I come home to give my daughter her medicine but can't because they failed to give me a measuring cup nor a syringe. The worst part is, that they covered up the directions with the label. What a joke! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I have never been treated so rudely. I hope people read the reviews before coming here. I expect more of Costco

I expect better from Costco. I should have read the reviews before coming. Wyatt was "helping" me and he was pretty dismissive and almost rude. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by being there. I just moved one prescription over here and will promptly move it away. Also it's a next day pharmacy, I think they should move into the 21st century and make it same day like every other pharmacy
