Not too many brick and mortar stores these days, with everyone buying online. need to support our local vendors.

I have done a lot of shopping at Kohl's, frequently visiting Brighton, Move and Howell. Allot these stores I have enjoyed shopping. The Westland store however was a nightmare. A simple picking up an on line orders took over 46 minutes just to receive the order. For reasons of their own, the service desk no longer deals with on-line purchases nor amazon returns. Those are done at the opposite end of the store. You are informed of this after a half hour wait.. Naturally the order pick up table is not marked as order pickup nor is the unmarked table staffed and had to wait again.

I went to Westland Mall....it was deserted. Hardly any stores...most were out of business. I remember going there years ago....it was busy and employees were friendly. Not now.
