This Edible Arrangements always goes above and beyond - I had very specific timing requests and they worked out them with no hesitation for me!! It was an important delivery and they put me at ease. I will order from here as often as I can!
Twyla is to be recognized for her excellent customer service. My 1st order I was a little upset about, but she was very polite and calm when speaking with me and compensated me for it. Then a 2nd order again just very polite, and patient. I would recommend ordering from this location, as I will continue to myself.
Ordered a nice fruit basket for my daughter because I knew I was not going to be able to be with her for the New Year. They called and confirmed the order will be delivered by 5PM New Year's Eve, order never came and when I tracked the order it said it was delivered. When I seen that I called Edible Arrangements and of course the voicemail was on stating they are closed! Did not even call me to say they wouldn't be able to deliver it over 100.00 dollars, that's straight up bull**** and unprofessional that's one reason people like dealing with businesses not located in the city!! Displeasing very.
First time using Edible Arrangements today and I’m just so happy with how everything turned out. I surprised my husband today for his birthday. The delivery driver communicated with me and was friendly. I received an email notification when my items were delivered as well. My husband really enjoyed it.
