Why won't they just answer the phone?!?!
I hate having to come to this office. This lady is so rude, she actually asks me if I'm sure of my address. Two different people deliver the mail everyday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and they still mess up the mail. They've stolen packages, they said they delivered but never got them. I thought it was just me but looking at the others reviews is not, is THEM. Lets all call corporate and complain, this is just so wrong!
I'm about to contact the post master. I don't understand how they can pick and choose the days they deliver the mail. I consistently receive someone else's mail and some days the mail carrier doesn't even deliver the mail on my street.
