Younger officer helped unlock my car for me and did an awesome job overall! Super kind and my car is terrible to unlock with the wedge and rod (handles and buttons are curved). Helped change my negative bias from a police officer on a motorcycle and chew in his mouth (going against WSU tobacco policy) biting off my head for politely asking him a question. Good responsive squad that values student and civilian safety.

These guys are awesome. If you are a student and want an escort to your car you can call them and an officer will accompany you. They have a noticeable presence everywhere on campus and also assist the Detroit police. I really can't say enough good things about the Wayne State police.

best police department period. my son attends Wayne State, not only is the campus and school outstanding, but the Wayne state police are always ever vigilant for the students and surrounding community. GOD keep you safe, and thank you for the great job!
