Great place to workout. Free for all students of Wayne State University and One Card holders. Great quality equipment with plenty of space and helpful staff. Spacious locker room for everyone but do remember to bring your own lock. I really love the efforts made by the staff in maintaining and sanitizing the equipment for use here at this pandemic time.
Right by the dorms.
only open to wayne state students, alumni, and faculty. it's very big and nice. Many people go, I went early in the morning around 6:30 and there was a bunch of students there. Due to covid a lot of the equipment is unavailable to use which makes it difficult but overall great gym, they have a track and fitness classes etc.
Learned some great back control techniques. Everyone was friendly and I got some great training rounds.
The trainers are great the workouts are excellent I would recommend it to everyone.
