Great bodybuilding gym with amazing equipment. Unfortunately members were not taking the mask thing serious. Most members had their mask hanging under the chin
Wanted to love this place... but no one is wearing mask that killed it to me. I like the history and how it was the first powerhouse gym. However, I couldn't enjoy my workout with everything running around without mask and no one upholding the policy. Just because some people don't care, the management shouldn't let these ppl ruin it for everyone else.
The go to spot in Detroit to go for workouts from serious bodybuilding to just getting a good workout.
The trainer is excellent, he will go over and beyond to help you achieve your targets, whether that is psychological mentoring or paying the utmost attention to details!
