TRV|FIT Detroit is the perfect place to get a quick workout that’s worthy of a good sweat! I love that every class is different than the next and always working different muscle groups! I’ve been going for just under a month and I can already feel and see a difference in my strength and body. Love it here!!
I can bring my children which is so incredibly helpful. I haven't had workouts like this in years (many, many years) and it feels so good!! In 10 short days I have already found excitement and confidence in myself and towards my goals. The staff has been super helpful. When I leave, I cannot wait to get back. I highly recommend you give Trvfit a try!
I've been loving Trvfit! All the classes are challenging in a way that push you, while still allowing you to feel excited and capable of using your body in new ways. Highly recommend! As a new client, all the trainers are taking note to know me by name and help out anytime something new is presented.

I LOVE this place, I’m so so happy I finally tried it after following for some time. The TRVFIT crew has done such a great job creating community and making me feel welcome!
