Liz and her staff do a wonderful job. The new location is super cool, overlooking Woodward. Very clean and spacious. It was very convenient to squeeze in a sunrise Vinyasa class before work. I couldn't think of a better way to start the week!
Today on it’s grand opening I got to practice in the space for the first time, the studio is simply stunning. Natural light flooding the room, with incredible views of Detroit all around. Owner Liz DeFour taught the class with authenticity, compassion and deep understanding. There was live music (steel tongue drums) which was a treat and perfectly accompanied the flow. Highly recommend this studio for everyBODY!
