*Edit* Now the Florist is LYING. I never received any phone calls about my arrangement. I called them noon of my delivery date to see if they did courtesy calls to let me know when it’s on the way. The RUDE lady that answered said no, they pretty much arrive whenever. So I stayed home ALL day for flowers that never arrived. When they told me ON VALENTINES DAY that they have to void my order, I asked if they could send ANYTHING because the “deal of the day” arrangement was ordered so technically they could send anything. I was told NO. Why would I lie about that? This is a terrible UNPROFESSIONAL business that needs to be shut down!****nnNever delivered my order that was scheduled to arrive yesterday. I had to call to get an order status and was told they can’t make the order so they’re voiding it out...with no notice...on Valentine’s Day. The order was placed a week ago. Couldn’t even be bothered to send any compensation arrangement. They suck.

I would highly recommend this florist! Michael was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had traveled from states away, and made a phone call in despair, while on the freeway, as I had forgotten to order a floral spray for a loved one's funeral. Michael was very helpful in helping me to make a selection while I was traveling! He told me when when the flowers would arrive. Upon delivery, a question had come up due to an error in the information I had given. Michael did not hesitate to contact me, in order to make sure the delivery was in the proper location. They arrangement that they had made, was to my exact specifications! The arrangement was fresh and beautiful! It was amazing that the team did such a beautiful and thorough job, and in such a short amount of time given! I am very grateful!nnThis floral shop came highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is look I ng for a friendly, reliable, professional, high quality, and professional floral shop! Many thanks again, to Michael and the Korash team! You helped to put me at ease during my time of loss! My family and I, are grateful! God bless you!

I ordered a sympathy bouquet on 2/10/21 to be delivered to the funeral home on 2/12/21. I ordered a all white bouquet and I also selected the premium package. When I got to the funeral home I was looking and searching for the flowers. I called because I thought my flowers weren't there. However they delivered the wrong bouquet. And it was a multicolored one. I know on the website it states that if the flowers ordered isn't in stock, they will give you something equivalent to what you ordered but they didn't even do that.nnSo literally seconds before the service started, they brought me a another bouquet, this time it was all white but again not at all what I ordered.nnWhat pisses me off, is I talked to this lady at 3x about my order prior to the day of and not once did she mention that what I ordered was out of stock and would I like to pick something else.nnThe arrangement given to me was not even close the beautiful one that I picked out.nnWhen I complained about it to the delivery driver he got smart with me.nnThis florist shop is rude, has horrible customer service skills and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.nnDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
