US Immigration Court

Everyone here was great while checking in trying to get people threw the long line officers and staff did there jobs great I had a metal head band in kinda sucked that I had to mess up my hair before I went into the court room but it was understandable but on the other hand went into the court room for my husband and he was detained in a different place so he was on video the judge asked me a question as I was trying to explain he then told me he didn't want to hear it if I continued that he would have me removed so in the end he asked me if I would like to make any statements i just said no because I didn't want him to tell me the same thing even tho I wanted to say a lot i had so much on my mind to tell him on how our lawyer didn't even have all of our documents i sent to her and how I never shower up to the first court hearing because she told me she was so confident in the case that my husband would get his bond because I sent a letter stating of marriage i say husband now because we have been together for 13 years almost and then after he didn't get his bond i tried to contact her for 2 weeks after and finally she let me know that she was only representing my husband for his bond and she would no longer be representing him so we had not even 2 weeks to look for a lawyer and never found one because it was such short notice I mean I know this is something the judge should be notified of but I was so nervous and scared if I started to tell him he would make me leave and I would not be able to go to my husband's future court dates its so confusing and stressful dealing with stuff I know hardly anything about but over all officers and staff are great the building is beautiful and tall i also think the line would have went faster if the other side to check people was open

The Judge is very fair but stern and the bond is very high it can very anywhere from 5,000 up to 20, 000 and or more depending on how many deportations an immigrant has... If you have no record the bond will be 5-6, 000, if you have 1 to 2 deportation bond could be 8,000 3 deportations your considered a habitual illegal and will serve Jail time. Lucy for my husband he is clean with no deportations and now has to wait 6 months for his work permission. I filed a stop deportation paper for 185.00$ and bonded him out of the custody of ICE. The parking went up to 15.00 not happy about that . The security up in the office was rude or maybe he was hungry . Bored ? It was packed up no room . To sit . They don’t want little kids , why didn’t they say something before we got there , right? If your opt is in the morning they call you till before lunch time before 1130am you won’t be late , take your time . ud83dude0e
