they will take all your money but the moment you need them to cover your car, they will come up with any technicality to deny your claim! they just denied my friend because she has 2 addresses. what does that even matter to you? shes paying for full coverage car insurance which should be good on the road not at a specific address!

Was able to get insurance on all 3 vehicles Very easy and quick process did it all over the phone was able to docusign my new insurance reform paperwork everything went really smooth totally thumbs up A++++

I have been a customer of this office or Bill Lyle during the many decades he was in practice. My house in Ann Arbor Hills was broken into and we were out of town. I called a company called belfour who did some initial boarding up till we could get home. The problem came when we got home. There were blood splatters all over the house and broken glass all over the first floor. The claims adjuster basically did not show up for this claim and was not available and did not return phone calls over the last two days. We have been trying to live in a house with splattered blood and shards of glass all over the place and we have been put in the back burner backseat in terms of ever getting anything cleaned up at the house. The subs all say it’s AAA nothing they can do and Aaa asked clueless and none of the supervisors answered any of their phone calls. Worst worst service from AAA I’ve ever had in 40 years. I am thinking seriously about moving my insurance from AAA, which I’ve had for 40+ Years, mainly because they’ve had good service and things were easy. Not this time. The response to this breaking has been an unmitigated disaster and Aaa is the one who is dropping the ball

Very courteous & helpful. Their service & insurance are outstanding. We have been members for over 30 years & recently had some sizable insurance claims (Car & house) & AAA were amazingly understanding, accommodating & helpful. Couldn't ask for better service.
