Communication and Clarity at its finest! Professional and everything you need and want. This venue is GORGEOUS and CLEAN...just my style! My client loved it here and so did I! Dominique and Austin are amazing! They are truly one of a kind in this business. The Host are very customer service friendly. I can’t wait to see what a year from now holds for Simply Social! This is a venue that I highly recommend and have expressed to so many of my friends and consultants to book here. And book fast!

I understand this is a newer business and they may be working out the kinks but the level of communication and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. Where do I start? Do I start with how they charged me after the event for an easel I OWNED or how they instituted a $400nCash deposit policy AFTER we paid in full and 7 days before our scheduled EVENT. If it’s a new policy shouldn’t that apply to all customers going forward? We also had a credit card on file so why would we need to give any additional money? Sounds like someone needed cash fast. We definitely didn’t honor that shady request. We were also charged $40 for a broken chair and when we asked for proof that it happened during our party they had none. Also, it’s odd that we would be charged for this as it seems like a broken chair should fall under normal wear and tear of business? I can understand if it was multiple chairs but it was just one. Perhaps they should look into the quality of their furniture. But to top it all off, the communication with them after the event was extremely unprofessional. When we called about these random charges we were met with yelling. No apologies. Just that we had to pay. We will be disputing all charges with our credit card company. Save your peace and book somewhere else.

The owner is amazingly accommodating and professional. The venue itself is gorgeous, yet so versatile, as it is a blank canvas. You can literally design/decorate the venue to look and feel exactly how u want it to. My experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing.

This venue is great. Bright and open atmosphere, tons of light. Great for pictures!! Very clean and beautifully renovated- yet still had all the character of a vintage space. I would definitely recommend this space for a gathering.

I catered an event at this venue. The Manger was very polite and didn't mind providing his assistance. As a cater, I have customers who is always looking for venues. This place is one that I will pass the word on.
