All the staff here is absolutely AWESOME....Of course you’re glad when physical therapy is done with but at the same time you kinda miss seeing them every day LOL because they were so great!

I was having pretty bad neck pain- most likely caused by a combination of bad posture, sitting at the computer 7 days/week for work, and my most recent move in which I lifted some heavy boxes and caused strain. My initial appointment was nice. The gentleman who saw me took the time to listen, surveyed the area, and was optimistic I would be good within 8 visits. I only came TWICE. 2nd time was a much different experience. Essentially, I saw two different people this day. Both who pretty much said that they see people who are in much worse condition than me and my issue is pretty superficial. All they are doing is showing me things I can do on my own and recommended I cancel all of my appointments. Not only am I still in pain but I was given a hefty bill for my consultation after only going there twice. My primary just prescribed me more PT for my neck and now my knee and I will NOT be coming here. The two stars are for the nice area, the kind front desk, and the gentleman I spoke with in my initial consultation.

I have been going to Probility for about 10 years for various reasons. I have gone to Morgan Diver for all of them. I followed her from Saline to Carpenter Road facility. Morgan is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, listens to everything I have to say and she is very thorough on asking all the right questions. She does not talk over you, she “listens” and the the plan begins. At every session we go over what is happening and go forward from there. Morgan has helped me time and time again.nnI would highly recommend Morgan Diver to any new patients or even old ones looking for a new therapist. Morgan knows her stuff and it constantly eager to learn all the new treatments that are out there. Morgan is so good that it was always hard to get into see her, but once you do, you won’t be sorry! Anyone who says negative things about Morgan Diver never gave her a chance. She is top notch!!!nnAll the staff at both Saline and Carpenter Road are great and very receptive to any questions!!
