Awful. Problems, problems, problems. For the last year this pharmacy has not been able to fill a script correctly. Walgreens Ann Arbor keeps auto refilling scripts that are not designated as auto refill. Then when I go to refill the scripts the refill is not available because the script was auto filled then taken off the shelve and the script is closed. So I have to call the doctor and get a new script because of their mistakes and problems.nnHave gone to the pharmacy and was told there is no way that a script could be refilled unless marked. When I show them the notification email they get the glazed eye look. They are not able to resolve this problem.nnGo somewhere else.nnPSnnHave had no issues with the Walgreens in Palm Harbor Florida.

Poor communication, incorrect prescriptions, and staff gives wrong information to customers about when/if prescriptions are ready. If you get lucky, you might get your prescription without incident. If you have a bunch of free time to waste, and if you like the idea of having to fight to get your prescriptions filled, this may be perfect for you.nnI have had a monthly prescription for over a year, and only twice has it been filled both on time and correctly. That is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.nnUnfortunate because the pharmacists seem to be very nice. Maybe they should hire more staff?

Gave us another persons meds mixed in with ours. tried to call to explain but the person on the other end of the phone couldnt seem to understand and kept asking for birthdate of the person that we did not know, but we had their medicine.

This is a relatively typical chain pharmacy but it's always clean and organized. The whole staff has always been cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. The pharmacy staff is also excellent and has been for years. This is a very well run location. If you're close I recommend it highly.
