Caring staff! They provide fear free vet services and we’ve been very happy with them.nWe’ve been taking our pets to Easthaven for years and they are really wonderful with all our pets. They have great communication, provided comfort when we had to say goodbye to our furry friends. I highly recommend them.
Every time I call or visit, the entire staff is great. Everyone takes the time to fully answer all my questions. If someone doesn't know the answer, they will find out and get back to you. It's obvious that everyone there really cares about the animals they help. My dog is not only not afraid to go, she loves when I take her for an appointment because she knows she will get so much love.
My girlfriend recently needed to bring in our cat to get checked up on some concerning issues with his health. I had succeeded in getting insurance from my place of employment prior to the visit but I was running into some issues working out the paperwork as this was all new to me. This was the first time visiting this hospital, AND I was HIGHLY impressed with the attitudes, the support/assistances and the overall quality of service of all the veterinarians that helped me with handling these issues I was facing. I may have called 4-5 times in the past few days to get these issues figured out and every single time they picked up, they were happy to assist me and solve every problem I had. Their professionalism was very appreciated. Thanks!
Francis & team are unlike any other. I don’t know what we would do without them. Their ER hrs were completely full today & they managed to get my furbaby in & taken care of within a couple hrs. Absolutely outstanding customer/patient care. They truly love your animal & treat everyone like family. Love our Vet Team at Easthaven!
From start to finish the staff was prompt, professional, compassionate and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and it was my first visit to a vet in a long time. My newly adopted dog was treated with gentleness and care. They respond to email questions/concerns and I have no hesitation about going back for follow-up.
