The staff at Anytime Fitness is courteous, professional, and helpful. All the equipment is clean and easy to use. I’m very happy with my membership.

Horrible customer service! Would not recommend to anyone! Tried to get ahold of them multiple times at the beginning of the pandemic, never received a call back, an email, or a simple letter in the mail. They sent me to collections when I never signed any paper work for them. Was told I would get a 2 free week trial, then the pandemic hit so I didn’t even get to utilize the gym for my “2 free weeks.” This location is an absolute joke, and from previous reviews I’ve read, doesn’t seem like I’m the only person they have screwed over!

Looks pretty new, or at least newly renovated. Equipment in great shape, though not a lot of it. All the basics covered though. Plus, separate cadio studio with TRX and a heavy bag, so that's great ud83eudd4a

Gym looks super nice but not professional at all. First, it took me FOREVER to try to get them to answer the phone. After they finally did, I set up a meeting to start a new membership. The day of my appointment I arrived a little early, so I was fine with waiting for him to finish his meeting. He told me it would be 10 minutes which I was cool with. After THIRTY minutes, he still did not come out to say it will be a little more time or ask to reschedule our meeting. Extremely unprofessional and they clearly don’t value people’s time or money. I’m about to to sign up for a membership at a different gym. I would suggest for you all to hire more staff or to improve on communication, because what you’re doing right now is awful.nnEdit: changing my review from a 1 to 3 stars since they responded and did try to reach out. I still decided to go with a different gym because I shouldn’t have to write a bad review to get good customer service

Very professional and good communication from the Manger. All the staff is friendly and will help you anyway they can. The gym is clean and everyone seems friendly. The trainers are friendly and always willing to go out of their way to say hello.nnI had a personal trainer and I had to move a couple months later. The Manger went out of his way and help me with my situation. No issues at all.nnIf I move back to the area, I'll use this gym and recommend this gym to my friends.
