I've booked 3 virtual mediation classes with Aubrey for my office through our Wellness program. They have all been great and extremely relaxing. As a result, I've just booked 6 more monthly classes for the office. Everyone that has attended has had nothing but positive comments. I look forward to our additional classes!

Kelsey is a wonderful massage therapist! She’s very intuitive and offers a good range of pressure. I refer people to her as well as the yoga studio almost daily! The ambiance and lake view allow you to feel like you’ve stepped away from daily life for an hour vacation.

If you’re self conscious about joining group classes like me, I highly recommend trying private lessons with Aubrey! They have changed my life. She tailors each session to your needs and how you’re feeling in the moment. She’s such a kind soul who will encourage you in the most loving way. So thankful!!

Beautiful studio, instructors, and community here. I recently had my first massage experience at the studio with instructor and massage therapist, Kelsey Taylor, and it was incredible. Kelsey is well-studied in various healing methods and is able to integrate the into her practice seamlessly.nShe is authentic, competent, and personable, which are all essential traits when it comes to a relaxing healing experience.nHighly recommend booking an appointment with her. You will leave feeling refreshed and have the best sleep of your life.nnAlso- I have personally been selective with spaces and services I partake in during this time of COVID-19. The studio and employees have made the space and offerings comfortable and safe. There are open windows, air purifiers, and it is clear standards for this time are being met with intention.

I have so many good things to say about Zion Well. This is a safe, peaceful place for any and everybody. I felt like I belong and not just another body or dollar sign. Art and Aubrey make you feel like family and I am forever grateful for them.
