A beautiful library that feels peaceful. I really like the fireplace and many trees out there window. It's not my favorite Ann Arbor library to take my kids though. They have toys in the back room that are pretty fun.
My favorite library in the area! The beautiful industrial style architecture helps create a whimsical, woodsy atmosphere. A great place to study. I only wish there was more seating on busy days.
Simply put, I have never been to a more impressive public library. From the architecture to the interior, everything is very modern and organized. The selection is expansive, and offers interesting content for both readers and media enthusiasts. Definitely a nice quiet place to read, and the staff are very approachable. Swing by even if it's just for the Pokéstop; you'll probably end up staying for the atmosphere.
It's nice and clean, but too loud to study. When I go to a library, I need hear myself think.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have tons of books transferred from other libraries on a regular basis for pick up at Traverwood and never a problem. Great service, thanks!
