I am SHOOK (literally) after leaving every solidcore class... Be prepared to sweat and exhaust yourself in 50 tough, motivating, and strength-building minutes. I love Coach Rachel's classes, but you can't really go wrong with any of the instructors. Be sure to ask about student discounts!
After the first class I was HOOKED. Great coaches that really know there stuff. Always feel welcomed and always leave with a GREAT work out.
So let's be honest, this is hands down one of the most challenging yet fulfilling workouts I have ever taken. I instantly got hooked to the workout, the vibe, and the environment around. I've now become biased in my review because, I got so involved in the workout and the studio that I wanted to join the team. But nonetheless, as a hardcore gymrat and reviewer nothing has kept me more engaged, empowered and humbled at the same time. Coach Cara who was the first person I ever took really knew how to motivate and instruct me through my first class while still showing me I could improve a ton to feel even more results next time.
Great atmosphere and awesome workout! Really love the different type of exercises you can do here and the instructors are fun and encouraging!
From the moment I walked in I fell in love with [solidcore]! Not only does the workout make you feel strong physically, but mentally as well. It’s a true body, mind, soul workout and I look forward to each and every class. The coaches are amazing at what they do.
