CMF is an awesome place to train and to be held accountable for your goals. They will also help you establish your goals. CMF has all the equipment you need and the two trainers I have used - Derek and Chris - have been awesome. Everybody there brings a positive attitude and a love of life. I've lost 18 lbs in 10 weeks all while getting stronger. I highly recommend CMF!
