I live in Florida & just had flowers delivered to my grandmother in Ann Arbor for her birthday today. I put the order through before they opened, was given a confirmation email & then received an email stating they had been delivered at about noon today. It was quick & easy & I'll be calling her this evening to see how they looked. Perfect for those who live out of town & need to send flowers to a loved one.nUPDATE: She did recieve them, was so surprised, and absolutely loved them. She doesn't have a cell phone so was not able to send me a picture, but said that they were beautiful. Thank you for helping make her day!
Just wanted to thank you folks for the flowers celebrating our 56th anniversary. We have dealt with you over 35 years and every once in a while you out do yourselves. Our arrangement of 4 white and 16 yellow roses, after over a week, continues to remain full, fragrant and beautiful. Again thanks, have a great 2021 and stay safe.nJack and Lynn
I am very disappointed in the birthday arrangement that was delivered to my daughters friend. I set a $50 budget and asked for roses and a spring theme. There was one rose, one tulip and sprays of very inexpensive flowers. With delivery the cost was over $65. My best friend is a florist in Grand Rapids and was mortified when she saw the photos ofnthe arrangement. Would not recommend.
Today I went to Norton’s for the first time to buy some flowers for my friend who got married this afternoon. I had the pleasure of meeting Carol who took excellent care of me. She’s so pleasant and you can tell she really enjoys her job. Her customer care skills are exceptional to say the least. I live in Ypsilanti but I was passing through Ann Arbor. Although there’s a location near me, I’ll be going back to the west side see Carol. Wonderful experience. I hope you as a company really appreciate her.
Norton's Flowers always goes above and beyond even what I expected. Tim and the entire Design team is so creative and always on point. I would not even think about ordering flowers anywhere else in the Ann Arbor Area! Great job!!! and for making my day easier with great service!
