I purchased two $140 arrangements for deliver over the past 2 months to friends. The first was lovely. The second was a thoroughly bizarre composition- they attempted to do a contemporary arrangement and it missed the mark entirely. I never thought a flower arrangement could be ugly, but they managed to do just that. I emailed them to discuss (rather than publicly rating them) - no response. Won’t use them again. Don’t recommend.

You looked like you stepped out of a Dickens novel with your dapper outfit complete with your perfect hat jauntily perched atop your head. The best part was the joy of life that exuded every pure of your being. I could have hugged you and so wanted to invite you in for a spot of tea. I’ve gotten roses here 3 times and they have all turned out to be beautiful. The service was very friendly.
I purchased the $79.95 bouquet for my close friend yet she received a much smaller version. Initially I was disappointed in the arrangement but as you can see in the comments this was to make the arrangement beautiful on all sides. Delivery was timely and I can appreciate the variance once explained. Going to 4 stars.
Ordered a get-well bouquet on Christmas Eve and they said delivery would be no problem! I was extremely pleased with their over-the-top customer service. Very nice on the phone and perfect with their recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Thank you for a job well done!!
