Great building on campus full of shops, student help centers, and a great financial aid center.
The website says they open at 10am on Saturday but on the hours posted outside the door it says 11am. I ended up waiting for an hour until 11am and they still werent open. The EMU information desk informed me that they are regularly late and don’t usually show up until 11:15. This is so inconvenient for me because I can’t get my cap and gown anywhere else and have waited over an hour because of their false information for opening. This is extremely unprofessional and the manager should be fired.
It wad amazing, first time in there and will be back again. I bought a sweatshirt, t-shirt and shorts. Plus other things that got bought for my nephew from his Nana that he needed for college.
Bad customer service and too expensive
Could be more organized, but the staff are very helpful. They frequently change the layout, at least once from semester to semester. Prices are kinda high, especially for a student budget.
