Came in to purchase the new release Magic cards box. I was told I couldn’t because they were “Special Release” and I couldn’t buy them until the 5th. Okay, I can understand that. I then asked for a newer pack of cards because I was just disappointed that I couldn’t get my new box and I drove out of my way to get there. They ignored me completely and instead talked to some other guy about a Pokémon card he was selling to them. I had thought I found my card shop, but since I was ignored, I won’t be back. It’s a shame too because I wanted to support a local business, but not one that doesn’t take any extra effort to help a customer.
Very helpful and enjoyable experience. I am just getting back into collecting and stopped in to get a few things. Mike was a great help and a real pleasure to talk to. Will definitely return.
