Excellent customer service! This is the best B&N I have ever been to. It is so clean and organized. When I walked in Ari (spelling may be off) greeted me and saw me looking at a sign about the book World of Wonders and told me how great the book is. She immediately picked up a copy and handed it to me and gave me a brief description. This is the first time I have ever purchased a book that was suggested and I do no regret the purchase. You can't go wrong at this store.
Same as I remembered it. Clean, organized and a great selection of books to choose from. Of course starbucks being there to help satisfy your caffeine fix!
Great kids' books section as well as toys and games. Lots of your more interesting board games and strategy games available here upstairs.
Pretentious atmosphere with a hint of condenscending customers. Good book selection though-I ways find what I'm looking for. Starbuck is just efficient enough to disregard their baristas negative, rude behaviors.
Person at the reception desk was extremely helpful. Workers were pleasant. Book displays were set up very well.
