Best place I’ve ever been to get my phone fixed. It’s so fast, and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. Super friendly too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for phone repair!!

i recently walked in to 911 iPhone Repair; this is the 3rd time i have done so. as always i was impressed with how quickly my turn came, and with the professional way my phone was repaired. the charge port needed replacing, and so did the battery. Jack replaced both very quickly. he also replaced the (broken) screen protector (left over from my last visit!), and my screen is beautiful again. i have never failed to walk out of this establishment without a smile on my face - in addition to always fixing my problem, jack is just the right amount of friendly.

Super honest business run by a single guy, based on what I could tell. Speedy, professional, and reliable service in a convenient location. Jack fixed my phone really quickly and is down to earth. Good vibes

Wow! He is amazing. Fixed my iPad in 3 minutes. 10/10 recommend. Fast, easy, kind, good price—best place around.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. Only computer repair store I've ever been to with a personality. Cleaned out my charging port for free and clearly knew their stuff. If you have any problems with your Apple products skip the genius bar and go here.
