So much better than the other local spots.nClean inside, only met two women so far in my 3 months of having a PO Box, but both are friendly and knowledgeable. I’d love for them to have more hours where I can access my box, but I get that the place is old and nice and they’re keeping it safe by only having the lobby open when staff is inside.
We live in town and half the time our mail is delivered to the neighbors and there’s is put into our box.. I wouldn’t be upset if it wasn’t important mail but it’s our house payment, water bill, also bank statements it’s getting out of hand.. They need to do better.
I ship packages out regularly here and have never had any issues. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
sucks left a forwarding address still have to go and pick up my mail... mail carrier sucks the one that thinks she owns the road and drives a Jeep says it's never deliverable well then why is my neighbors deliverable..They let somebody that wasn't me sign for a package that was stolen.... out of all the post offices they were talking about shutting down they need to shut this one down.............
Are there any lobby hours? Just FYI, many people work 9 to 5. So if the post office is open 9-5 when can they get their mail from their p.o. boxes? If the lobby were open say till 7pm folks could still get their mail. Even 6pm would help. It seems like the P.O. is set up for their convenience, not for the customers. What if you could only buy gas from 9a to 5p. and you could not leave your place of work...how would P.O. trucks gas up?
