Please don't waste your time with them. Terrible customer service. I literally called them 3 times yesterday and twice today and got no answer. I even left a message and still haven't heard back. Guess they don't want any business.
My daughter wanted gold Chiavari chairs for her wedding reception so we called Gala to get pricing. We ended up with a whole package with table linens, head table back drop, photo back drop and beautiful gold sequin draping for the head table and cake table as well as the chairs. The reception turned out so beautiful thanks to Heather and her team. We had so many compliments from our guests and the venue we held the reception at commented that it was one of the prettiest weddings they had ever had there. We were very pleased with the communication, we always got a response to our questions within 24 hrs. I would highly recommend Gala Rentals.
Gala Rentals is truly the “most memorable party” makers. My party ended up being better then what I ever expected it to be. I got numerous compliments from all my friends and it is all thanks to Gala Rentals exquisite decorations. Not only were the decorations the finest, the price was even better. I wasn’t stressed one bit because the service was trustable and they did everything the way I wanted. I would suggest Gala Rentals as the first place to call when you want to throw a party.

My experience with Gala Rentals was a very positive one. I was interested in Gold Chivari Chairs for my wedding and reception in Ada, MI. I needed delivery and pickup at specific times, and Gala Rentals accommodated! The chairs were set up and beautiful, just as I expected. Communication with Gala Rentals leading up to the event was quick, accurate, professional, and also accommodating. You will be very satisfied with the final product from this vendor!! I would highly recommend!
