I’m so disappointed with their customer service. We bought a whirlpool refrigerator (because we were told they are good quality) but only after a few months, the top hinge came off the door and it almost broke my daughters toe. My husband reattached the door, but we’ve been calling for a week now to have someone check it to make sure it’s safe and no one ever answers the phone and never calls us back, we’ve left several detailed messages. We may have to physically go there just to talk to someone. I’ll never buy anything there again because of this experience.
Didnt care to help us just told us the washer and dryer we wanted was not available and turned away... disappointed
These people were so rude we went to get a 120 volt washer and dryer because thats what only fits in my apartment and instead of helping me look for one they just kept making fun of how small it was. As if it wasn't worth buying. I got the point but its better than nothing. Unprofessional and very bias behavior. Jay was really nice. He should really be working elsewhere with how unappreciated he is treated.
Went in was greeted right away. George assisted us in selecting the correct Refrigerator, color finish, options, size. He took care of setup and delivery date as well.nThe delivery came on time, both were very personable, professional, and meticulous. They took out the old swapped in the new. Made all hookups and connections cleaned up area. Said thank you and goodbye. What a great place to do business with.
We have purchased from them in the past and are very satisfied with everything.
