Very very very RUDE how are they still in business is beyond me when a customer asks a question the response should not be what’s your problem well they lost a huge sale since we are replacing all 14 of our units kitchen floors yea all 7 duplexes but thank the rude guy that answers your phone since he is the first communication we get i could imagine how accounts you lost but I know you lost US

Had a bad experience with the intilli-check service failing to process a perfectly good check to purchase product and wasted a lot of valuable time as a result but have increased my review to 3 stars after regional manager John Shleener got involved and helped sort it out. 5-stars for John , 0 stars for the rest of the customer service experience. 0 stars for intellicheck customer service.
