My husband and I were very impressed by the quality of workmanship as well as the outstanding customer service provided by our Miracle Method Technician, Rob Chasse. Rob transformed the dated pink and green tiles in our bathrooms into beautiful Natural Accents Napco Graphite tiles. We recommend Rob and Miracle Method of Western Massachusetts highly.
I previously had a bathtub resurfaced and was very pleased. Now, I had a fiberglass shower resurfaced and am absolutely delighted. I should have done it years ago. It looks new and is easy to keep clean! Love it!
Superb experience from beginning to end. Kelly was helpful and easy to communicate with when setting up the tub refinishing. Our technician Bryan was professional and efficient. The price is fair and the tub looks like new.
Very satisfied with the first application. Had to recall and he wanted me to pay for a job not properly done 95 for the first application 95 for the repair that wasn't our fault. Not too happy
