Recently, my work team ordered a arrangement from heavenly inspirations for the passing of a relative. The intent by my team and specifically my manager was very nice, but the plant that was delivered was shocking. What I received was a nearly dead, overgrown, horrifically arranged succulent. My wife’s reaction was, “this thing is covered in dust!“.... as I looked at it, I realized a thick dust all over the plant. So, in an effort to get the situation, I put the plants on my front porch and started to water it. And adding to my dismay, as I watered the plant I saw on drooping plant come back to life. At that point, I realize that they had delivered a nearly dead plant, covered in dust, that they had not watered in weeks. Still in total shock as to what arrived at my house.
I have known Ted for a few years now, always professional and friendly. I enjoy shopping in the store and online. I recently purchased a memory lantern for a friend and it was beautiful. I will be purchasing a second one for the passing of my brother-in-law. Never disappointed with Heavenly Inspirations!
