Whoever works the front desk is very rude. No greeting, cuts you off and just simply not welcoming. Also was very frustrated with the person in front of me. If i’m a 19 year old writing a review.. You know there is something wrong. Someone needs to tell her about herself.
Cute little post office, lines are kind of long and I wish they had better hours. I come here quiet often as it’s on my way home and more convenient then the other locations. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry.
The lady at the desk that seems confused and frustrated has special needs. I have seen her become very confused and short with customers when the location is very busy. As a mental health professional, I believe the task of her position are unsuitable, overwhelming and not fair to her as an employee.
I was asking a few questions, and both the lady that I was talking to and her follow employee at the counter laughed at me and made me feel extremely embarrassed. Every time I go in the the Franklin Post Office, I have a bad experience. This was by far the worst. Its one thing to be rude to your customers, but to laugh at them and make them feel embarrassed was very inappropriate.nAlso, when I called the store and tried to talk to someone, I was told by the automated service that the amount of time I would be on hold was at least an hour, but when I go in the two people working the front desk are not busy, and there were very few people in the building as customers. Why would I have to wait over an hour on hold when the place is not busy, nor had it been all day.nI hope that no one else has to experience this. I felt humiliated. Great service today, Franklin Post Office! NOT!
