It definitely has everything you need to workout. I'm just not a fan of the layout of the gym. Like seriously can I do my abs in peace. I feel the cleanliness could use 100% upgrade. I also think the staff could do a lot more of attending to the floor and making sure it's neat and weights are put away. Truly, not my favorite time, I doubt I'll be going back there.

It’s very clean and well sanitized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone wears their masks properly and disinfects as they use each machine. Very low population count. Not very crowded which is perfect for me!

Very dirty! The mens locker room is comparable to portable bathrooms. Not to mention, this location has been very discriminatory as it relates to operations. Racquetball rooms are constantly open. Meanwhile, the basketball courts were once closed for a long period of time. Now that they are open, they are rarely open. To be fair, majority of the staff provide adequate customer service. However, there is a portion of staff who is disrespectful and unprofessional. Ive been a member hear for years, due to convenience. I have been patient long enough. Nothing has changed. Unfortunately, this location has just lost a long time member.

Good people here - staff and guests. Large floorspace means easier distancing. They are handling sanitation and covid protocols very well, every guest picks up a spray bottle of disinfectant to use before and after at every station. Check in AND out to monitor capacity.

On a positive the manager Robert was quick to call back and the receptionist was pleasant on the phone. The negative was the avoidance and lack of information but the readiness to have me come in. The receptionist was unaware of session cost or monthly cost. They claim all their prices are online even though I am already aware that all of them charge different prices for some unknown reason. Second issue was they claimed in the six years of working there they never sent out an inquiry letter to an insurance company. They were more so worried about where I lived than giving the information in which was asked.
