Undoubtedly the best mixed marital arts gym. Great trainers and a great team overall. You'll see your performance dramatically increase within a few months of training

I have held many gym memberships from budget to high tiered gyms and everything in between. Don Ridler Field House is a quality choice with one caveat.

I always have great times working out at this place. I've been a gym attendant fro the last 20 years and this has been my gym of choice all along. It has friendly people and staff always ready to help, very hospitable, offers fair prices and very convenient to everyone. Highly recommended!!
