Dr. Brown is amazing! My corgi doesn’t like going to the vet because he’s very timid in unsure situations. Dr. Brown was wonderful with him! She sat on the floor with him the whole time, answered all of our questions, and was VERY knowledgeable. She explained things well and gave us options when we had concerns about an injury. I never felt like she was rushing us to get to the next customer, and I’ve had that experience before at our last vet on the west side of the state. Love the friendliness of the office too! Overall great place that truly cares about animals! Highly recommend.

This vet is absolutely AMAZING! They got my sick pup in same day and everyone was so nice! The vet was super friendly and the staff was super good with my super anxious dog. I’ll recommend them to anyone! They have a forever patient with my animals ud83dudc95

I cannot recommend enough that you do not visit this office-- especially Dr. Guild. I came in mid-November with a severely underweight cat who would continue to have a number of health problems including a worsening rash and nausea. Not only did they incorrectly age my cat (they had proclaimed she was 4-6 when she's actually 16-18), they never took preventative action against any of the problems my cat was facing, and lazily prescribed her medicine. Upon taking my cat to her new vet, I discovered the medicine that Dr. Guild was prescribing to my cat could do damage to my cat's kidneys which are at risk for kidney failure. I would've loved to stay at this vet due to how kind the office is, but it became very obvious to me that Dr. Guild's best interest was in my money rather than my cat. Dr. Guild has been nothing but condescending towards me and my concerns and had told me he was unsure what to do for my cat and what to diagnose her with, but still sent me home with several different types of medication that would lead to her refusing to eat or drink and compulsively puke.nI had tried to work with this vet from mid-November to early February before finally switching my cat to Orion Animal Hospital. It has been less than two weeks at the new vet and my cat has shown fast progress towards getting healthier. If you are considering Orion Animal Care Center, please reconsider. It is not worth the stress or money.

It is the only veterinarian that gave me an immediate appointment during the pandemic closure. The place is very clean, the doctors and the person at the entrance were very nice and friendly. I didn’t have to wait and they took X-rays for my dog as needed. The doctor explained everything they did to my dog and gave me the medication he needed. The price was fair, on average and I was very pleased with the attention and service they did. I would definitely recommend.

We recently starting taking our almost 13 year old Lab to Orion Animal Care Center. There just is not a better place you could go! Look no further, this is it!! We have been to Vets all over the area and while they are good and we appreciate them, it is nothing like what we have experienced here at this clinic. They have all been so incredibly compassionate, empathetic, understanding, caring as well as extremely knowledgeable, capable and very skilled. We love our dog like family and we have only been here a few times and I already feel like we have been going here for forever. They make you feel very welcomed and so comfortable. The facility is beautiful and super clean. They are extremely professional and yet, very down to earth and just good, decent, kind people! The office staff is incredible and super kind, helpful and caring as well as our doctor, Dr. G. I have been so impressed by them and wanted to take the time to share that with others and to thank them for all their hard work and let them know it means more than we can truly express with words. It is a very big responsibility taking care of our beloved animals that we adore and they do it with so much care and compassion. You are so appreciated!! They also take care of us humans that want the best for our babies, because they want that too, here. I am truly thankful, appreciative and beyond blessed to have found it all, right here. Thank you ALL for what you do and for doing it ALL with kindness, decency, integrity, respect and compassion!! Thank you all so very much!! I could not recommend this wonderful place MORE!
