DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!nThe absolute worst experience buying flowers. Ordered them to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. They were never delivered all day. Called the shop that night at 8pm since I never received any phone call explaining why they weren’t delivered. The lady told me they couldn’t find the order, call back the next day. I call Monday morning at 9am, she says she has to track down the order and speak to the driver. 10am, still no call so I have to call back to ask yet again. She says they’re out for delivery. Flowers finally get delivered at 1145am.nnTerrible customer service. They didn’t include the card with a note I ordered. Way too much money for flowers. An absolute hassle dealing with this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
My first time at this flower shop was absolutely amazing. Their customer service was very professional and fast. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend anyone looking for a great selection of flowers and to be treated good to shop here.
Short version: ordered via a service, this florist marked the flower delivered (it wasn’t), claimed they left a voicemail(they didn’t, this is 2021 our phones did not lose their voicemail but never another). Were rude when we called the second day first thing am, we instructed them to leave the flowers no matter what - were told it would be out ASAP. Called 6 hours later and they never responded to the service with an update. Here we are now - arrangement never arrived.nnThere’s plenty of other places to buy flowers from, don’t do it from a place that lacks integrity or common customer service.
Really nice little local flower shop. I showed up and i expressed what they showed me was a little smaller than expected and the nice lady immediately began filling it out with other things she had laying around. That was really nice of them they absolutely didnt have to do that. She informed me to go with florists choice to get a more impressive looking bouquet in the future and i definitely will. I did not act thankful leaving because i was confused, but i am very satified
this is a fantastic flowershop but is not accent flowers.. they purchased the domain . you can find accent flowers in waterford under another domain name. thanks !! Teri is a friend of mine .. they do a great job!
