We lost power to the house and DTE confirmed 6 hours later when they showed up that it was our transfer switch. DTE wouldn't touch this. We called Ziller after hours and Paul called pretty much immediately and with conversation, he got us back up and running. I'm a little weary with electrical but with Paul's gentle, professional and re-assuring guidance, we got it done. He even offered to stay on the phone to assure that all went well (I only had to turn breaker back on, but was comfortable doing with his oversight).nWhat a great representative for the company. Awesome people to deal with.I ordered on morning of Nov.21,the LTL company was contacting me that evening to set up delivery on the 22.Very fast shipping, everything came complete and no damage. Now all I have to do is get it hooked up.I would definitely do business with Ziller again
