I did not go to family dollars. I was at ocean beauty supply store.
They don't answer the phone. They open and close at their leisure. Ive been here twice and the door was locked when they should've been open. Like during normal store hours. Very unprofessional.
When I walked up to the cash register there was no one there to cash me out and then there was a sign that said ring bill for service there was no bill. When I finally got a cashier to cash me out she stopped to send a text message before she took care of me very unprofessional I do not appreciate that at all.
Just needed a couple items was in and out quickly. They moved their stock around and it looks good. Nice they want to take their time and care for you
Location closes 2 hours early while employees sit on the clock and still get paid.
