Inhumane. Mean. Cop laughed at me, a poor 20 yr old for my car being INCORRECTLY towed. Myself AND the property owner were saying it’s not necessary and the cop said he wanted to and LAUGHED when I started crying. Both the car owner and property owner said not to tow it. Cop ordered company to anyways. I am disgusted, I have lived in this city my whole life and have never been treated this way by fire fighters or paramedics. I am going to grow up and persevere regardless and go to law school, I am positive this police department will stay as low quality and unprofessional as they are and always have been. Tax dollars hard at work. Laughing at crying 20 year olds.

seems like new cops joining the force and informing laws that don't excist...electric vehicle/bike or 3 wheel motorist vehicle, laws are it's not a scooter/moped and needs no special registration to right on side walks or streets, but yet I was pulled over buy newbie that insisted it's illegal vehicle. I was never stopped before in over year by any cop with such absurd idea that it's illegal vehicle. what gives? just overly zelus cop or just hoping for any reason to stop a person looking for big score...? dozens of cops witnessed me on the electric vehicle all over town and never even looked at me wrong way until just today, what should I read it as?? I see it as just a cop who's enforcing unexsistent law as he sees fit and hoping to hit a jack pot of sorts with some sort of big bust or make a name for himself...what else could It be? It has to stop, the unnecessary haressmant of people doing ordinary things that are not illegal.
