Excellacare has been providing services to my elderly mother for the past year and a half. Mom is very satisfied with the services she receives twice a week. Her caregiver, Jessica, is friendly, respectful, and always arrives on times. We are all thankful for the services received as this allows Mom to remain independently in her home. The office staff is very competent and assist as needed. I would recommend Excellacare to anyone without hesitation!

I'm currently an employee and have been for almost 3 years now. I am very lucky to have kept the same client from day 1. The office staff is so caring, when I've gone through personal life struggles they are there like family. They keep in good contact and really show their appreciation and acknowledgement for holidays/birthdays. They are very good about filling your schedule and on time with payroll. I'm very thankful and blessed this company was able to get me in and keep me around!

They paid all of their employees $25 to go online and give them good reviews. Do not be fools. They are horrible .

I’ve been working for Excellacare (Roseville office) for almost 2 years, since they took over the company I used to work for ( Independent Nursing- 4 years). Altogether, I’ve been doing this for almost 6 years. It’s been a positive change. While the pay isn’t much, and there isn’t other benefits, I enjoy what I do and the people I take care of love having me around. I like the flexibility of my schedule and the friendliness of the staff. It’s a pleasure to to chat with Shirley every Tuesday when I drop off my time sheets. All in all, Excellacare is a good company to work for.

I started with this company almost a year ago and I must say that they have been the most flexible with my ever changing home/ personal life than any other company I've worked with. The office staff is kind and their communication is awesome! They care about their clients AND their staff and try to make things easy for both. I have really enjoyed working with them.
