I love Nankin Hobby! The sales staff are hobbyists themselves and are willing to offer hints and help. They bend over backwards to make you satisfied when you walk out the door. You come in a customer and walk out an educated friend.

Great place, got everything I needed in one stop. Brent helped me find everything and I was impressed by the variety of rare parts that they carry. I will be back

Very knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding. Even when the place is packed (which is most of the time when I seem to stop) they treat you like you are the only one that matters.

My father purchased a suwannee river special train set that was on sale for his grandson for Christmas. We didn't know the train was damaged till Christmas day. The young man who sold the train stated you can return item if anything is wrong with it after going to the rear of the store to talk with an adult. Christmas day my son opened the box excited! The train was put together and placed on the track. My son surprise, train do not function. I did an inspection and observed one of the wheels was damaged. I google the instructions that was not provided and Manual stated all wheels must make contact with the track in order for the train to operation. This train set was not inspected but sold as a damaged (non working ) product with no disclosure to the consumer. I attempted to explain this to the owner who I assume i was speaking with but later discovered he was not the owner of the business but a family member. He explained that the train set was slightly used. I understand slightly used but does slightly use mean it doesn't work. The only feed back was your receipt states sales is final in the upper left hand corner of your receipt. I advised the owner I was told verbally by employee that they would honor return at time of sale if anything was wrong with the item. Terrible business that sells damaged goods and do not stand behind there Product. There was no signs posted indicating all sales was final. If a sign was posted in the store there would be no reason to ask if the item can be return with a receipt.

Drove all the way from lake Orion tonight 49 min showed up at 728 ready to drop 450 to Nankin Farmington. Guy was helping customer out the door ... I just needed 30 seconds of his time and he would have made 450 bucks ... He refused to help me didn’t care how far I drove or what I drove past to make it to Nankin. I’ll never shop Nankin again I drop crazy money a year on rc products I’ll drive over to Family Rc where there happy to help you out any way they can.. SHOP FAMILY RC
