Postmaster Kay goes above and beyond to help her customers. Not only is she friendly, but shares her knowledge by offering options when sending packages, e.g. overseas. Excellent customer service!
Service people are always friendly and always ready to help. They do get busy, but it doesn't seem to bother them. Great team there.
I have never had this much trouble with getting mail at any residence. I was supposed to be receiving a package yesterday and they didn't even try to deliver it, but said they left instructions for pickup which was not in my mailbox or on my door.
