Every time I order a magazine it doesn't come until til I complain. This time it's HGTV Magazine. They say it's been sent out but I never received it, like normal & there's no human to complain to
Horrible. I really have lost faith in USPS.nTried stopping yesterday. Needed to ship a box. One person waiting on a line of almost 20 people.nI know the lady was doing her best, but the line was horrible!nWaited 15 minutes. And the line only moved up 1 person. I gave up and left.nLooks like FedEx will get my business.
Today employee Shalonda was the WORST customer service person ever. I waited 1 hour to be serviced She was so rude & unprofessional to every customer ahead of me. I was kind to her so she wouldn't snap my head off. She needs to be fired. She didn't wear her mask most of the time. Customer's left out saying that was the WORST experience ever. So sad.

Waited more than five minutes and there was only one person BUT it was open during business hours and that's more than I can say about the Mount Clemens post office.
