The doctor gave me a choice of steroids or physical therapy for shoulder pain. Plymouth Physical Therapy in Armada was the right choice. The therapist was knowledgeable and took time to explain the treatment. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

The check in/counter lady was upset that she had to sign my mileage sheet for gas mileage on medicaid, she said they pay you to drive all the way out here?! Well yes a few $ and its not for you to put me down, then she scribbles a line for her signature so I made her sign so it could be read by my insurance! Also no heat or ice when down like the other locations and they had plenty (extra girls) working so ice/heat would be nice!

This having been my first experience with physical therapy, I had no idea what to expect. The experience here in Armada has been Great, I could not have asked for better care. Sarah ,Lindsay, and Dana provide such a personalized treatment plan, always asking along the way how I am doing. The new office is great and such a convenience where it is located. I highly recommend not only Plymouth Physical Therapy but the Armada office

My experience with Plymouth Physical Therapy greatly exceeds any other therapy location I have ever received care at. I have found that hospital based centers treat you more like an opportunity to make money, as opposed to treating you like a patient. Plymouth Physical Therapy and it's staff are amazing. They take their time to listen and work with you to formulate an individualized plan; as not every set routine of exercises works for everyone. They are extremely compassionate. You do not have to be concerned with 5 different therapists working with you, without any consistency to your treatment plan; as I have experienced at other physical therapy offices. Plymouth Physical Therapy is truly vested in your recovery and the quality of care you receive. From the PT Sara, to her assistants Dana and Lexi, and the kindness and professionalism of Lyndsay at the front desk; you cannot go wrong with making Plymouth Physical Therapy your choice for your therapy needs. The staff is beyond phenomenal. Just because a doctor may recommend a different physical therapy provider, does not mean that you do not have a choice. I have never had good care at the places doctor's have recommended to me. I am glad that I took the initiative to do a little research and chose Plymouth to be the therapy center of my choice.
