US Airways stranded us in Maui when they canceled our flight. We did have trip insurance, this was on a Saturday night around midnight eastern time.nnI sent Sherry an email, she called my cell phone with advice as how to handle the extra days in Maui, handling my insurance etc.nnShe was on vacation in Mexico, and she calls me! Who does that, a 5 Star Travel Agent.nnWe have used her many times in the past and will use her again.
Must be out of business. Asked to provide arraignment for a trip to Jamaica. Never called back. Now no one answers the phone!!!
