Pilot Dennis and his crew were top shelf!! Once we got the weather to cooperate - we took off for a beautiful flight with really cool sights from above. Included were other balloons, a small airplane flying below us, Detroit Skyline, wild animals, farm animals and an array of color in the trees! The flight was safe, comfortable and never felt at risk. I will go again! Great Job!!
A close friend of mine wanted to go for a ride in a Hot Air Balloon. She contacted Dennis and even though she had an uneasy feeling, she opted to pay for the ride. She was disappointed and said her ride didn't last very long and she was nearly thrown out of the basket upon landing.nnI decided that I too wanted to go for a ride in a Hot Air Balloon and I took my same friend with me. I called a Pilot out of the Jackson area. He was extremely professional, the ride was twice as long as my friends, the landing was exceptionally smooth AND it was half the price. My friend felt taken advantaged of, so I would certainly think twice about Michigan Hot Air Adventures.
This was an amazing experience . Dennis and his crew were helpful, patient, and flexible. You can tell he is a professional with the years of experience with balloons. Dennis as a pilot explained what he was doing, answered questions, and pointed out areas of interest. Truly appreciate all the care the crew took to make this a great time.
